I've been to this car show a few times and I thought it was fantastic. I might not be going this year, BUT i strongly suggest you go at some point as it is one of the best car gathering in Canada. And the theme is neat too because it is all classic cars, 85 and older usually (ive been with my formula though with out any issues)

I went last year (just as an attendee) and it's definitely something.

I have to be honest, I have never heard of this outing before and I have been around forever.

Looks like fun!

I accidentally posted this elsewhere. I'll just copy & paste:

I'll be attending, at least as a guest but hopefully with my car. I went last year, it's a great show.

I think most of us won't technically qualify without requesting approval:

Quote:
AUTOMOBILE QUALIFICATIONS
1985 and older models (unless approved by Steve Plunkett)

I'm going to email to see if I can get my 87 included (I expect it will be fine). However, I can request on behalf of the "group" if anybody else wants to come.

Also: This year is the Dukes of Hazzard reunion :)

I attended last year, but just as a viewer, not with my car. It was $10/person. I believe that fee may have been either waived for those showing their cars, or the fee was per car. Not positive either way. 2014's page has more information.

There's no pre-registration. Just show up. However, it does say "1985 and older models (unless approved by Steve Plunkett)", so I think I'll contact him to get our group pre-approved, just to be safe.

I live about 25 minutes away from the show, so I wouldn't be doing the drive down with everybody. Unfortunately, I don't know of any interesting roads in the area to cruise around.

If anybody is interested in coming, please chime in. I'll call and arrange for our group. However, somebody else would probably need to organize the gathering and trek from the GTA to London, since my starting point is in London anyway.

Looks like a few London folks are getting together, and heading in as a group. We're meeting at 08:00 on June 6 at the Petroline gas station in Byron.

I am going to attend but I think my '91 Beretta would be pushing the limit just a bit too much, so I'll just bring the KIA and be a spectator.
