Hello my fellow fans of obsolete economy cars!

The annual pig roast/fiero show is on June 22

Same location as last year, Innisfil Recreation Center, corner of Innisfil Beach Rd and Yonge St.

9:30 setup time

I am contemplating having a nice BBQ instead of a pig roast to simplify things, and this would also help those who are vegetarian and prefer corn on the cob, etc.

Thoughts?

The BBQ idea sounds great!
Sorry I will miss out this year. My better half has had something planned since Xmas.

Will try to make it time permitting. BBQ sounds great to me as well - Costco has great 1/4lb burgs in big arse boxes!

I am super busy with work, etc so I can't spend a lot of time getting the word out. Please tell people you know who may be interested in coming to chime in here and let me know so I know how much food to get, etc. It may be a BBQ or a pig roast again, not sure yet.

If anyone is vegetarian/vegan, let me know so I can prepare appropriate food for you as well.

It would be nice to get at least 20 cars. Feel free to bring parts you want to sell/swap as well!

What does PETA stand for ?

I'm hoping to make it to this but can't guarantee anything just yet, June is a very busy month and things keep popping up. Family from out of province are in town for brothers wedding and getting flooded with get togethers. Why can't they just make one big reunion instead of many small ones?

Actually, there is one large reunion most will be attending but of course they make it the weekend I'm away.

I will make it however it's not likely my Fiero will as I'm knee deep in my 3800 swap but who knows I may pull it together by that date, I'm in a race to get it completed for the 30th anniversary crossing my fingers.

I can't confirm, but should have the car functioning then... if not I've got serious problems for the 30th
Painting parts now and getting ready to put them all back on.. that part will hopefully be smooth.

Have it marked, but will know more as we get closer to the day.

I will be there with my car.
