Hi Folks, new guy here, I have an 87 GT, kinda stumbled onto this forum going a google search.

Hoping to meet up with some people in the GTA who also share a passion for their Fiero!

Anyone else from the Durham region area?

Here are a couple of pic's of my car.

Welcome QuickGT,
Nice Fiero, recognize a few of the mods from Pennocks members. 8-) How long have you had the car? I've never seen you around and there are a few members who live in Bowmanville who I'm sure have never seen it too, or else they would asked me by now of your car. There are many members in the Durham region, trying to get everybody together can be a task though. The age difference is a wide range so you have members who are now retired to members who are just starting a family and try to get out when they're allowed. Myself included

I live in Scarborough, but lived in Oshawa for awhile and still consider that home. I'm usually out that way a bit working on one car or another in Whitby.

Few of us are going up the Classics on Kent this Sunday & meeting up in Bowmanville early in the morning.

Hi Guys, thanks for the warm welcome, to answer a few questions, yep that's a spoiler modified to fit from a camaro, 81 was bang on too.

All of the mod's we're done by me, except some of the body mod's, those were done by a friend of mine.

Under the hood is what started out as a base 3.8 SC, it's been tinkered with a bit. ;)

It's got the basic stuff like Corvette brakes all around, braided stainless lines, rear bump steer kit, custom front suspension etc etc...

I just finished the car about 2 months ago, and finally got my appraisal and insurance, gotta love vintage insurance $270 a year! lol (restrictions of course)

It's been a 5ish year project, working on it on and off between my other projects.

Thanks for the tip on the events section, will have a peek for sure.

QuickGT

Oh, and yes, I'm on pennock's forum as well, under the same user name.
