Some may have seen my thread on PFF - I won't repost the content, but all 6 pages are here if you are interested: http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum3/HTML/000118-6.html

Coles Notes version:

It was the first car I ever purchased. I bought it in 2000 as a birthday present to myself :

Started life as an Iron Duke, now has a 3.4L, fastback conversion, custom PISA interior, and soon it will be super charged with a vortech V9G and a 7730ECM upgrade:

Latest video I have of it:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8dUdb0cAUh0

I will be doing a low-profile hood scoop, side vents, and finish it off with a paint job. I will paint it myself. Being married, having a 2yr old daughter, and planning on having another child, it's taking longer than expected to finish it, but it's all good.

I hope to have it ready for shows by 2014.

Justin

I may be biased, but I like the idea of your gold and black paint idea.

No need to be biased, I am too. Going with gold and a satin black. I want to use the Dupli-Color paint shop finish system if I can, but they don't have gold yet.

Here is a Photoshopped mock-up:

Trippy - nice!
I've thought of a 2-tone myself, but the bottom would be black, and gold top. This though is great too - especially keeping the ground effects black.

It reminds me of the old Hurst cars. I like it. Beautiful car! I would love to eventually get a 3.4.
