Nicklin scrap yard in Guelph has a white 84 with some parts in decent shape.
Car has 148k on it.
Could not open the trunk but it has a duke in it.
Tails are good.
Seats are mint aside from a water stain on the driver side.
Dash has a small chip out of the drivers corner
Has all ribbed moldings
Body panels are in good shape but paint is shite.
Headliner is good too...

I pulled the headlights out.

Did you happen to notice if the car had A/C?

Looking closely at the pic of the driver seat, I'd say it's an Auto. I only see one cable going under the skeleton.

The car does not have AC
It is a 4 speed manual.

It looks like it was loved a bit...has some big ass brake booster on it.

Yeah that's the economy tranny for optimum mpg. Apparently only a few thousand made?

Youre right 84 shifters are shorter. I have one on my 85 it's way better than those tall ones.

Actually, I was interested in finding parts from a 1984 non-ac car. They apparently had an option for a manual vented footwell that wasn't available in other years, or if the car had A/C.
