Try tunerpro, don't know why but when I tried winaldl I couldn't get it to work also. Tried tunerpro and worked easily. Tunerpro is probably nicer to use anyhow. Its free but has a 10 sec nag screen when you first start it.

All the files you need should be here:

You'll need the ads file so tunerpro can read the data stream from the ecm properly.
