I am ready to put axles in my 3800 swap, so I can get her back on the road :) here is my question.
I'm using a 2007 4T65E-HD tranny, using FieroX Mounts.
I got a full set of Manual Fiero Axles.

Out of curiosity I took the full stock drivers side Fiero Axle and it fit perfectly in place on the driver’s side of my swap?
Is this possible? Does the Fiero inner CV actually mat up to the 4T65E-HD tranny? Am I safe to do this?

Joe might know the answer to this one. Think Dan has done most of the auto swaps that are running around T.O. Might get more replies on Pennocks with this question. A lot more owners there who have done their own swaps.

I'd like to know this answer to for future reference :ugeek:

Looks like I probably grabbed my stock Auto drivers side and not the manual when I test fitted it.
Dan got back to me and said the Manual drivers side has a male connector not a Female only the auto drivers side has a female connector.
So I would say I got my parts confused, he did say the stock Auto drivers side will fit drivers side in the swap though.

The Fiero auto axle is very light duty, I think the Corsica axle is a medium duty, driver side(s) . Dan would also know.
