Would there be interest in a series II 3800SC drop out. Had a Friend finally pull his wife's 97 Park Ave Ultra off the road to make room for her new Caddy and I picked up the car to strip for a good price. Car has just over 190,000 km on it and is in great running shape.
Can make it a drop out using either the auto that comes with it or an F23 depending on what is desired.
Drop out would be the engine of course and tranny with axles, a complete swap harness, matching programmed PCM, all needed mounts and brackets as well as a complete exhaust system using 2.5 inch pipe and a single in dual out Magnaflow muffler and stock Fiero tail pipes.
Would only require battery cables and fuel and coolant lines to instal into a Fiero.

My interest would be heavily dependant on price.

I was thinking around $1400 with auto and $1900 with the F23 with the clutch or $1400 with out the clutch. Will have it set up so the engine can be heard running.

I'm going to have to say "maybe". I'd be interested in the swap with the F23, but will need to do some research on what's involved, both technical and not (registration, licensing, and insurance). I've never done a swap (nor sat in one, which would be nice before I take the plunge).

I also need to apply for preliminary wife approval, and there's no documentation on that...

Seems like a good price. Any changes if it were going in an 88?

I'm going to pass. Netcam was kind enough to show me his 3800sc, but I just don't have the time to actually swap it in, or the space to store it.
