Not sure if this is allowed or not but I have a chance to pick up a 85 GT that I would part out just seeing if there is any interest in parts doesn't run was told it needed a fuel pump most things are in good shape.

Why not replace the fuel pump and other things needed and keep it on the road?

Or is the frame in bad condition?
