Don't think it's your harness, you would probably get more code or complete failure. When you replaced your MAP & coolant sensor, did you go with an off shore brand? I've heard these new made in china brand don't work our cars. There's not many sensors on the engine that the ECM uses, half of them go the dash for the gauges only. If your coolant is low, it could throw a code 15 because there's no coolant around it to read properly. MAP sensors rarely go, I'd look for vacuum leaks possibly cracked link or even the plug end loose.
I used to have a 4 cylinder harness at one point in time for an 87 coupe. Don't know if I still do but it will be DIS control, not distributor.
